Job Description

As OKIN’s Process Automation Project Manager you are an integral part of the company’s growth area of automation and software implementation in our global footprint. You will report directly to the Center Director in San Antonio, TX with daily interactions with Global Sales and Operations. You will work directly with global sales lead, solution architects and clients in the US, Europe and Latin America. In addition to being organized, you possess the business judgment and communication skills to drive new business for the company.

Job Responsibilities

The right candidate will possess proven project management and business analysis skills/experience and have a good eye for quality in software requirements, design, development and implementation. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with people and have superior presentation and conflict resolution skills. The Process Automation PM will be an expert in time management, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager and willing to document and train effectively. The right candidate must also be very comfortable being client-facing at various levels, with both new and prospective clients; building relationships with prospective new clients and gathering information as we build new workloads and move opportunities through our pipeline from lead to close. There will be opportunities for global travel and the candidate must by fluent in Spanish to support our Latin America Clients.

Responsibilities include

  • Responsible for delivery of a project within defined time frame, scope and budget
  • Collect customer requirements
  • Prepare specification document
  • Develop detailed project plan for tracking
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Measure project progress using appropriate methodology and tools
  • Define, manage and update project risk register
  • Periodically report project status to the Project Owner
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Provides regular project forecasting
  • Organize and execute User Acceptance Testing
  • Build client relationships


  • Must be a team player and goal oriented
  • 2-3+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analyst Experience in IT or Services Delivery
  • Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)
  • Excellent client facing and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong Agile project management methodology and experience
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Previous experience with software development projects


  • Familiarity with Process Automation Software and Tools
  • PMP Certification or PMI Certification
  • Bachelors or Masters
