The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred in information technology, information management/systems, or in a related field
  • Knowledge of: MS Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook), O365 environment, Windows Server, networks, wireless, mobile devices, Active Directory user management, AAD management, Exchange server management, hardware (desktop/laptop/printers), anti-malware software, remote desktop management
  • Expert experience with Windows 10
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic computer and network issues
  • Advanced understanding and solving printer issues
  • Work well with all levels of the corporate IS department
  • Cisco certification (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP)

Minimum requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting computers in an office environment.
  • Good PC technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiar with networking hardware/concepts
  • Familiarity with administration of Windows desktop operating system – Windows 10
  • Thorough understanding and solving printer issues
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic network understanding
  • Familiar with network equipment

Primary responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the installation and configuration of:
    • Hardware drivers
    • Software & Utilities
    • Productivity Applications
  • Responsible for software updates and upgrades
  • Manage and install all operating system patches and updates
  • Responsible for assisting customers with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the following types of hardware:
    • Printers (Wired and wireless)
    • Scanners
    • Digital cameras
    • Smartphones
  • Responsible for troubleshooting end user and network problems, and diagnosing the source of the problem to provide a resolution or next steps
  • Provide documented follow-up to all open trouble tickets and escalate where required
  • Maintain accurate system policies/procedures and perform responsibilities according to the processes developed by our corporate staff
  • Responsible for submission of all service requests for new equipment, software, associate moves, adds or changes to our current infrastructure configuration
  • Be proactive in recommending improvements in procedures that will increase the efficiency of the facility and staff members in regards to IT related technical issues and processes
  • Do access control at all entry and exit points of the premises
  • Do administration of access cards and photo ID badges, Card access system and Access monitoring
  • Do regular checking and monitoring of alarm system
  • Cooperate and negotiate with internal and external partners and the public authorities in the field of physical security
  • Cooperate with Office – Coordinator regarding visitors and access badges
